  Bad experience on all levels. Trouble getting an accurate receipt. Won't answer phone and not available at agreed time. Locked out my unit without notice for being $50 short and 7 days late. Paid in full and didn't remove red lock and wouldn't answer calls or come explain why unit still locked
  Finally had to call Sheriff office and manager Dawn finally gave police some answers..was given two different stories why the red padlock she had put on without notice hadn't been removed after I paid the $50 and account was in good standing ( I have rented here over year and my account was always paid on time with this one time 50$ oversight) first was told the unit not in my name and therefore she couldn't unlock her red padlock for me.( I had done proper transfer forms 6 months ago and apparently she lost them or
  ??? ) Luckily the friend whose name the unit was originally in was standing there with me to help me so he verified that we had done an transfer of ownership 6 months ago to my name..she then told the police officer that her red lock was jammed and I'd have to hire a locksmith to come cut it off !! To top off this time consuming run around she refused to give the officer the owners phone number so that he could contact them and get a solid answer or solution to the mishandling of my situation. Unreal! Advice to renters: Get a receipt for every payment..do not leave cash in slot of office door and plan to wait for any answers about anything. The hours of her actual availibilty do not match what web site states. Oh- the place needs onsite maintenance staff that care about how tidy the place looks etc..aisles have litter and rotted leaves and debris- onsite pallets are moldy and broken-door sweeps at bottom of doors are rotted off and water and sand get into unit floors..not pleasant.
